A processing agreement is concluded with third parties who process your personal data on behalf of and at the instruction of Bolsius, as a result of which those third parties are also obliged to comply with privacy legislation. Applicants
If the applicant is hired for the position he or she applied for, the employer will retain the personal data for the duration of the employee’s employment and the retention periods applicable to the personnel file.
If the applicant is not hired for the position he or she applied for, Bolsius will delete the personal data no later than four weeks after the end of the application process. The applicant can give permission to keep his or her data longer (with a maximum of one year), for example because a suitable position at Bolsius may become available at a later date.

Right to receive information (art. 12-14 AVG)

Right of inspection and access (art. 15 AVG)
